Established in 1997, Dalian Municipal Productivity Promotion Centre is an institution subordinated to Dalian Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. At present, it has been one of State Demonstration Centers. Now, the total assets has been up to RMB32 million. The Center consists of 10 professional staff including 1 Ph.doctor and 3 masters. Besides, it possesses 8 staff with medium or senior professional position titles. Based on the principle of setting up the innovation system, promoting hi-tech development and revitalization traditional industries, we have constructed a powerful service system for SMS enterprises. The center sets up 4 departments and 4 corporation enterprises.

Executive Office

The office is in charge of routine work such as making some regulations, maintenance of website, contact to our clients etc.

Finical service department

The department is responsible to manage the finical service platform, to combine multi-capital resource and promote the integration of capital and hi-tech projects so as to provide efficient service for SMS enterprises.

Enterprise Informationalization Dept.

Main responsibility: Engaged in informationalization construction for medium-sized and small-sized enterprises, inspection training and international cooperation and exchange activities. To help enterprises choose from a range of application management services to meet the needs of your e-business and get the advanced hosting services you need without uprooting your existing operations.

Medium and Small-Size Enterprises Development Dept.

Main responsibility:  Dealing with daily routines of Dalian Municipal Medium and Small-scale Enterprises Scientific and Technological Service Center. This department is composed of Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, CAS, Dalian Light Industry University, Dalian University, Dalian Locomotive University. This department provides products, spare parts and the services of samples inspection, testing and analysis for enterprises. In addition, it provides relevant technological consultation service, technology and management lecture and training for technology and management personnel.

Dalian Municipal Center for Technological Evaluation Co. Ltd

The company was founded in 2002 and composed of S&T Assessment Center of Dalian Municipal Productivity Promotion Centre as the main body together with Dalian Haihua Assets Assessment Co. Ltd. The company is a market-oriented S&T agent service organization with a highly qualified team of S&T assessment professionals and expert networks. Now the company has set up the integrally mature theories, methodologies and procedures for S&T assessments and specification systems designed for diverse projects. Major operations of this company are about appraisal on S&T projects (Dalian municipal key S&T projects), ratification and certification for high-tech enterprises in Dalian, projects and products, assessment on technological shares assessments.

Dalian Innovation Venture Capital Co.Ltd

Founded in 2005 with RMB 100 million registration capital, Dalian Innovation Venture Capital Co.Ltd is an holding corporation of Dalian Productivity Promotion Center. The Corporation is focusing on innovative SMS enterprises and their growth and attaching importance with the projects which are in incubators or supported by Science Technology Plan.  The main mission is to create a finical platform for SMS enterprises and to combine multi-finical resources and innovation. Through the combination supports the development of hi-tech industry.

Founded in early 2000, Dalian S&T Venture Capital Co. Ltd is the holding corporation of Dalian Municipal Productivity Promotion Centre. With registered capital of RMB100 million Yuan, this company is mainly specialized in research and development of S&T projects, S&T industrial investment, middle testing and spreading of technological product.
